6. What is your favourite way to ask for the sale?
7. What is your second favourite way to ask for the sale?
8. What is your third favourite way to ask for the sale?
9. At the cash desk, what is one thing you can do to increase the number of items sold to each customer?
10. How do you get your customers excited about, or emotionally attached to, the product you are showing to them?
